"The Two Types of Confession"
Proverbs 18:21 Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so [is] he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart [is] not with thee.
I know that some people may not agree with me about what I have typed here in this blog but I must say what the Lord has laid on my heart for me to write about. In this blog that you are reading I'M going to share with you some things that some people have come against me for,because of what I have taught, but again if I do not share what I believe and know is the truth from experience in my own life how do I expect people to learn how to succeed and be successful in life.
I want to start out saying that there are two types of confession. A negative confession which most people have and a positive confession which I want to try and get you to begin to have from this moment on. You can tell when someone has a negative confession, because they are always telling of their weakness, of their feelings, their lack of money, the lack of ability, and lack of health. Remember this, negative confession equals death, and the symbol for negative is a - Minus sign.
Now someone with a positive confession is always found to be encouraging and uplifting without bragging on themselves. They are not boasting in pride either. They do know what it takes to be optimistic and uplifting. We need to learn to make our tongues a blessing and not a curse. People are judged by their speech.
We can release blessings by speaking positive words, and we need to know that there is a spiritual law that our confessions rules us because of what we constantly confess we will eventually posses. if we are putting the word of God in our hearts like we are suppose to and when our hearts perfectly harmonizes with confession of our lips and these two confirm God's word then we can become very powerful in our walk and prayer life.
Did you know that your faith is measured by your confession ? Hebrews 4:14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. This is talking about our faith and our confession in our faith. So if we want people to know what we believe we need to speak it and speak like we believe it.
Do you believe that God heals? if you do then speak like you do. Do you believe that he will supply your needs? if you do then speak like it? We will become what we say we are. Proper words save life, in 2 Kings 4:8-37 In the story you will notice thee Shumanite lady did not allow herself to speak one word of death, but only words of life. "It shall be well"
And also remember this we shall have whatsoever we say Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
